Description
Virginias Northern Neck, is a peninsula nestled between the Potomac and the Rappahannock Rivers and spilling into the Chesapeake Bay. George Washington simply called it the Garden of Virginia. Just a short drive from Washington DC, Richmond, Pennsylvania and Norfolk, the Northern Neck is rich in history on both the land and the water. Little has changed since Colonial times. Large working farms and historic villages abound with folklore and history. Take the wine trail or antique tour while you enjoy a day or weekend. But most of all, enjoy the timeless appeal and rural charm of Virginia. This is a great place to live.
