We are seeking an experienced Director of Cath Lab and Cardio Intervention. Must have AZ RN license, ACLS certification. We are looking for an individual with over 5+ years of cath lab experience as well as previous Director or management experience in that capacity.

The Department administrator establishes and enforces policies, procedures, standards and objectives. Directs and supervises staff as well as workflow. Position has budgetary or fiscal accountability. Effectively leads and supervises all staff in the Department. Provides leadership to monitor quality and quantity of work produced and takes action if needed. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning.
