Medical Device Sales Representative 

We are a state-of-the-art disposable medical devices developer/manufacturer that improves healthcare outcomes for clinicians and their patients worldwide! We're looking to hire motivated, sales driven representatives to join our sales team in North Texas. 

 

The Sales Representative will have direct responsibility for the following:

• Primary responsibility to achieve sales goals for the assigned territory in tandem with territory Sales team

• Work with territory Sales team to shorten sales cycle for key target accounts & maximize revenue growth

• Lead sales activities within a pre-determined subset of identified accounts within the territory

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university (G.P.A. of 3.0 or higher is preferred)

• 1-3 years sales experience is required (B2B)

• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans is a plus

• Strong problem-solving skills and results oriented approach

• Demonstrated teamwork with colleagues in group settings

• Adept at listening and articulating in both oral and written communication

• High computer proficiency is required (Microsoft Office and salesforce.com or other CRM experience a plus)

• Must handle multiple projects and with potential high pressure and stressful situations

• Ideal candidate would be open to potential relocation into future territory management opportunities

• Valid US driver’s license

• Travel up to 50%

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties and responsibilities are intended to be representative of the work performed by the incumbent(s)

• Execute team sales strategies to maximize revenue growth and achieve annual sales goals

• Work in tandem with Sales team to minimize the sales cycle within key targets

• Lead territory sales activities independently within a pre-determined subset of identified accounts

• Develop Sales specific skills and territory management responsibilities including, but not limited to, business planning, pipeline management and CRM reporting needs

• Satisfactorily demonstrate competency of clinical and sales aspects for all products through training platforms

• Build relationships and maintain territory/region KOL network

• Present product features and benefits to clinical call points utilizing proper sales techniques (probing, qualifying, needs assessment, supporting and closing)

• Emphasizes product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations

• Demonstrate proficiency in all products and applications

• Establishes professional customer/vendor relationships with appropriate customer personnel

• Collaborates with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information
